What SplitClub brings a charter business
SplitClub is the operating system for real-world experiences, and what it brings a charter business is not another booking channel. It is a programmed day, a group that has already agreed to it, and the money collected before anyone leaves the dock.
The club builds each day end to end — the vessel, the route, the hours, the crew, the food and the venue it lands at — and prices a single place on it by one Activity Contribution: one contribution, for one activity, on one date, split across the deck rather than carried by a single person chartering a boat and then trying to assemble a crowd.
SplitClub is live in nine US cities: Miami, New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Chicago, Austin and Houston. Nothing runs in Mallorca until an operator signs.
- A club, not a lead. We arrive as a group that has already agreed to the day and already paid for it, not as an inquiry you have to close.
- Funded before it sails. Contributions run through our state-of-the-art payment processing system and are held until the day is fully funded. A day that does not fill does not sail — and nobody is charged.
- A season, not a one-off. The club programs a calendar, so a first day is the start of a schedule: in Miami now, and in each new harbor once an operator signs.
- A group that's already together. Everyone aboard has signed up, chosen the day and paid for their place before it leaves the dock.
- Dates chosen with you. We program against your calendar rather than competing for your peak.
- No listing, no broker margin, no marketplace. You are contracted by the club, not ranked against your neighbors on a search page.

Palma's fleet runs May to October — twice the window Portofino gets, and a season long enough for someone to come back inside it more than once.
How the contract works
- We talk. Your fleet, your seats, your quiet days, and what a filled deck midweek is actually worth to you.
- We agree rates and dates. Per vessel, per format, for the season. You are not bidding against anyone.
- We program the calendar. The club builds the day — route, hours, tone, venue — and publishes it in the app.
- The day funds, then it sails. You get a confirmed, paid, full deck. You never carry the fill risk.
Expansion is gated on operators, not on demand. We publish an honest status for all twelve harbors rather than a wall of flags.
