A yacht day in Miami has always had the same problem: the boat is easy, the people are not. Charters are priced for whoever books them, filled by whoever answers the group chat, and the day is only as good as the crowd that showed up.

SplitClub exists to fix the second half of that. We curate the day — the boat, the route, the hours, the tone — and we curate the group that shares it. Members apply. Cost is split across the group rather than carried by one person. Nobody is organizing anything, chasing anyone, or hoping the guest list holds.

It isn't a plan. It's a lifestyle.

How the club works

• Apply for membership. SplitClub is members-only. Every application is reviewed — the club is built on who's on the boat, so the vetting is the product.
• Browse curated days. Every experience is chosen by the club: yacht socials, sunset sets, ladies' days. No listings, no guesswork, no negotiating with a broker.
• Make the Activity Contribution. Each experience is priced by a single, one-time contribution for the activity that takes place — no dues, no initiation, no subscription. Members contribute and the day is split across the group.
• Show up. Step aboard with a vetted group. That's the whole promise — the day is handled, and so is the company.

Where we operate

Miami is our live city. Members open the app, browse the curated calendar, claim a place and split the cost — today. We would rather be the best club in one city than a thin presence in six, so Miami is where the standard gets set.

The model travels. Saint-Tropez, Cannes, the Amalfi Coast, Ibiza, Mallorca, Mykonos, Monaco, Dubai, Rio de Janeiro and Sydney are where we're looking next, and we talk to yacht operators and captains market by market. Until a harbor sails, it's a plan, not a city we're live in.

Working with SplitClub as an operator

Expansion is gated on operators rather than on demand. What we bring a charter business is the part that is hardest to fix from the inside: a vetted group arriving as a full deck, on days we program and fund before anyone leaves the dock. Unfilled capacity is the largest loss in this industry, and closing it is the software problem the club was built to solve.
