A yacht day in Miami has always had the same problem: the boat is easy, the people are not. Charters are priced for whoever books them, filled by whoever answers the group chat, and the day is only as good as the crowd that showed up.
SplitClub exists to fix the second half of that. We curate the day — the boat, the route, the hours, the tone — and we curate the group that shares it. Members apply. Cost is split across the group rather than carried by one person. Nobody is organizing anything, chasing anyone, or hoping the guest list holds.
It isn't a plan. It's a lifestyle.

How the club works
- Apply for membership. SplitClub is members-only. Every application is reviewed — the club is built on who's on the boat, so the vetting is the product.
- Browse curated days. Every experience is chosen by the club: yacht socials, sunset sets, ladies' days. No listings, no guesswork, no negotiating with a broker.
- Claim a seat. Members reserve individual seats and split the cost of the day across the group.
- Show up. Step aboard with a vetted group. That's the whole promise — the day is handled, and so is the company.
Where we operate
SplitClub is Miami-first and Miami-only today. The model travels — Mykonos, Ibiza, St-Tropez, Portofino, and Cannes are the harbours we intend to open next — but we would rather be the best club in one city than a thin presence in six.
The founder
Samario TorresFounder · Miami
Samario Torres founded SplitClub in 2026 and runs it as a one-person company. He built the club and its iOS app out of Miami, and leads product, membership, and curation.
By trade he is an Applied AI Engineer working in fintech, where he designs and ships production AI systems end to end. SplitClub is the first thing he has built for a room he wanted to be in himself.
I kept seeing remarkable events across this city, and how well they would combine if someone put them together properly. That was never the constraint. The constraint was finding people who know how to have a genuinely good time and know how to do serious business. Most rooms give you one or the other.
