Yes. The club is written as one word — SplitClub — but members and press write it both ways: Split Club, SplitClub Miami, Split Club Miami, split club miami, and @splitclub.miami on Instagram. Every spelling is this club.
A members club that programs luxury yacht days end to end — vessel, route, crew, food, music and where the day lands afterward — and splits the cost across the deck. You claim one place, meet the other members on board, and organize none of it.

No. There is no referral requirement, no committee and no interview. Plenty of members join knowing nobody — the "new here" days exist for exactly that, and the group chat opens before the day so you have talked to people first.
No. Most people claim one place and meet the other members on board on the day. You can bring people if you want to — but the whole point is that you do not have to assemble a group to get on a boat.
Yes, if you are 21 or over — "Student" is one of the answers on the application. What you do for a living is used to build the room, not to score you.
