Toro Toro is Chef Richard Sandoval's pan-Latin steakhouse inside the InterContinental Miami, downtown on Chopin Plaza. Dry-aged USDA prime steaks come off a wood-burning rodizio grill, next to ceviches, arepas, empanadas and other small plates from across Latin America. It also has private dining rooms, including a table tucked into the kitchen.
