The Corner Reformer is a classically-based Pilates studio with a bit of contemporary flair. I love to help beginners learn the Pilates system to help feel better after the workday, improve in their chosen sport, or generally increase well being. I also work with clients in their golden years working to maintain strength, balance, and proprioception.
