Serena is the rooftop restaurant on top of Moxy South Beach, an open-air patio wrapped in bougainvillea and string lights. The kitchen makes its own masa tortillas from nixtamal and sends out tostadas, tacos and plates to share. Brunch runs every day, golden hour starts at 3, and DJs play at sunset Thursday through Sunday.
