Salty Flame is a steakhouse with an Asian accent on Brickell Avenue, from the team behind Paperfish Sushi. Steaks and fish come out of a coal-fired Josper oven, next to rolls, sashimi, dumplings and kimchi truffle fries, under red and emerald velvet and neon. It sits where Novecento stood for over 25 years.
