Phuc Yea is Chef Cesar Zapata and Ani Meinhold's modern Vietnamese restaurant in the former Sir Williams Hotel on Biscayne Boulevard, in the MiMo District. The plates are made to share and mix family recipes with Cajun and Latin flavors, to a soundtrack of old-school hip-hop. Start at the 15-foot raw bar in the lobby lounge, then eat in the dining room or out in the Lantern Garden in the cooler months.
