Matador Room is the signature restaurant of The Miami Beach EDITION, with menus by chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. The cooking is his take on Caribbean, Spanish, and Latin and South American flavors, in small and large plates. The original chandelier hangs over a sunken oval dining room in the spirit of 1940s and '50s supper clubs.
