Macchialina is a neighborhood Italian restaurant on Alton Road in South Beach, open since June 2012. In chef and owner Michael Pirolo's kitchen every pasta is rolled, cut and shaped by hand, with seasonal, local ingredients. His sister Jacqueline Pirolo runs the Italian wine list, one of the most decorated in Florida.
