Lido is the Italian restaurant of Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, set in the club's original ballroom with a terrace looking out over the ocean. Executive chef Michele Esposito, from Caserta near Naples, cooks Southern Italian classics with Italian ingredients and South Florida's seasonal produce. Think Spaghetti alla Nerano, branzino in acqua pazza and tagliolini al limone.
