Jo's Bar

Jo's Bar is the bar and courtyard at The Setai on Collins Avenue, with a long red marble bar and low lamps. The list leans Japanese and Asian, from Hibiki and a run of Yamazaki bottlings to Nikka gin and Filipino rum, next to house cocktails with tropical mixers. On weekdays, Sunset Hours bring small bites, wine and cocktails from 5 to 7.
