Hakkasan Bar

Hakkasan Bar is the bar at Hakkasan, the modern Cantonese restaurant at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, where award-winning mixologists make the house cocktails. The Hakka mixes vodka, sake, coconut, passion fruit and lychee, and the list runs to clarified drinks, infusions and a few made only here. It keeps the restaurant's hours, open until 11 on weekends.
