Chateau ZZ's is Major Food Group's Mexican restaurant inside Petit Douy, a French-style manor on Brickell Avenue built in 1931 and open to the public for the first time. Ken Fulk reimagined the rooms, from the dining room to the solarium and the garden, and tuxedo-clad captains run the night. The kitchen makes its tortillas and sauces in-house every day, and the bar holds over 1,000 tequilas and mezcals.
