Carbone Vino is Chef Mario Carbone and Major Food Group's Italian restaurant on Grand Avenue in the heart of Coconut Grove, set up like one of Italy's old enotecas. It serves the Carbone signatures plus new dishes made only here, with every macaroni made in house daily. Fine and rare wines are poured by the glass from a 3,000-bottle cellar, and the bar serves the full menu and welcomes walk-ins.
