Bistro Collins is the restaurant and bar at the center of Loews Miami Beach Hotel on Collins Avenue. The kitchen cooks American coastal bistro food with Latin American and Caribbean flavors, from steak tartare and beef empanadas to prawns with aji panca. The long bar pours globally inspired cocktails, beer and wine.
