Sweat Studio, founded by Rikki Heiken, heats every class: low-impact, high-intensity cardio Pilates and muscle sculpting set to high-energy music. It has two studios on Biscayne Boulevard in Aventura, a Mat Studio at 15200 and a Reformer Studio at 15400. The space is body-positive, fun and challenging.
