Pilates in the Grove is a Reformer Pilates studio on Virginia Street in Coconut Grove, with a second studio in South Miami. Group Reformer classes are 12 students or fewer, and they're taught by seasoned instructors and physical therapists. Private 1-on-1 sessions and small mixed-equipment classes round it out.
