Our delicious Apricot port-style wine was made from fresh apricots, and was fermented and fortified with neutral grape spirits. We aged this wine for more than three years in oak barrels. Residual Sugar: 8.0% Winemaker's Tasting Notes Color: amber Aroma: sun ripe apricots, nuts, raw wildflower honey Palate: apricot preserves, butter, vanilla, sweet & sour orange sauce Body: full Finish: fruity, smooth, vibrant acidity Foods: desserts, apple pie, lava cake, figs & triple creme Brie cheese
