A working rum distillery and aging house in Little River. Guided tours walk through the stills and barrel warehouse and end with a seated tasting of the house 1, 3, 5 and 8-year aged rums. Seated rum tastings run in an apothecary-style tasting room. Tours take up to 12 guests and are booked on Tock. A speakeasy bar on site pours cocktails Wednesday to Sunday.
