Classes include the Wine Camp introduction to wine, Champagne Challenge tastings, and wine, cheese and chocolate pairings; some classes are also held in Manhattan Beach. The business is associated with sommelier Ian Blackburn and also runs a wine shop, Merchant of Wine, and virtual tastings as Zoom Into Wine.
